We rented a Chrysler Pacifica van and it was perfect for our road trip. Ran flawlessly and made driving a breeze.
I was shocked however at how dirty the van was when we picked it up. It was winter, and the outside of the van looked as if it hadn’t been washed in months. The inside had food smears in a couple of places. First thing I did was take it to a drive-through car wash half a mile down the road. Upon returning it, I mentioned this to the owner and asked for a $10 reimbursement, but he declined. I was disappointed, as it would’ve been a cheap and easy gesture on his part, but I guess he didn’t see it that way.
